DISCLAIMER
I have CFS/ME, by ordering a commission from me you understand that production times can and will vary, and as such I cannot give time estimates throughout the process.

Description of Service
I will provide one or multiple Commissions or Designs tailored to the description and requests you provide.
These services are digital in nature. You will not receive a physical product.

Right of Refusal
I reserve the right to refuse any and all services to you at any stage of the process.

Payment
Payment is always to be made in my currency - GBP.
An invoice detailing the costs of the services provided will be delivered to you via Paypal.
Payment of the Deposit must be made in order for work to commence.
Payment must be made in full within 48 hours of the Sketch being approved.
If the commission is over £100, payment plans can be arranged.
In the event of a payment plan, the final, high-resolution product will not be delivered until payment has been made in full.

Additional Costs
Additional charges may be added at any time throughout the commission process. These charges will be clearly discussed and only applied to the invoice once the client agrees to them.

The following requests will always incur further charges:
- Rush job/Short deadlines.
- Commercial/Resale rights.
- Exclusivity/NDA.
- Late-stage changes.
- Additional characters.
- Detailed backgrounds.
- Complex details.
- Heavy perspective.

Cancellation
If the commission is cancelled by either party before work has commenced, the Deposit will be refunded in full.
If the commission is cancelled by either party after work has commenced, the commission will be refunded to the price of the last complete stage. The Deposit will not be refunded.

Work Product Ownership
The commission remains the exclusive intellectual property of me, KC Commissions, unless the Exclusivity/NDA charge is listed on the PayPal invoice.
You must get my permission before making any changes to the commission, if not done by me.
In order to upload/share/repost the commission elsewhere, the appropriate credit must be given.
In order to appropriately credit me, you must write that the art was created by me, KC Commissions.
Where possible, I ask that you tag the appropriate social media account for the site you're uploading on.

Process
In order to order a commission from me you must submit an application (either through DMs or through Forms) with your request, a portfolio of references, and the word temperance. If you have a concept that is currently out of budget, I do offer payment plans as necessary.
I will often follow up to get more information, give a baseline quote, and then once I am satisfied with the information I have available, I will send across a PayPal invoice detailing the quote for your commission order.
Once the deposit is paid, I will begin work on the sketch, which I will send through for feedback once I am satisfied. This is the best time to ask for reworks of concept, large-scale changes, or to cancel the commission.
If you approve the sketch, I will then ask you to pay the commission in full, or discuss a payment plan with you, if necessary.
Following the payment of the commission, I will continue work, updating you at every major step of the way, and asking questions intermittently to ensure you are happy with the direction of the commission.
Once the commission is complete, if the full payment hasn't been made for whatever reason, I will hold the final high-resolution product until the invoice balance is cleared.
If payment has been made in full, the final high-resolution commission will be sent across to you via whatever means you prefer (e.g, email, discord, social media). As soon as the final high-resolution product is sent, the commission will be deemed as complete.
After the commission is complete, you may still purchase the commercial or exclusive rights to the piece if you haven't already. This will incur a further charge, as will be detailed to you in an amendment to your original invoice, or the delivery of a secondary invoice.

Legal
All rights to the art I create, including but not limited to; commissions, concepts, sketches, and designs, belong exclusively to me.
You may not sell or exchange my art in any form; physical, digital or print, without my explicit written permission.
You may not use my art in any published material on any online marketplace, even if it is labelled as free.
Unless the Exclusivity/NDA charge is listed on the invoice, I retain all rights to use and monetise my artwork in any way. This includes but is not limited to; sale of prints, online sales, marketing, publishing, and concepting.
I do not consent to the use of my artwork in AI or NFTs.

If I find out you have violated any of my terms, you will be blacklisted from my services permanently.
